Benefits of Drinking Water (Filtered)

Photobucket
I didn't take this picture, but I chose it because sometimes I do like to put cucumber slices and mint in my water. I like to also sometimes put frozen strawberries or blueberries in my water instead of, or rather than, ice. Not only is this healthy, but it also make for a pretty glass. It's also yummy to eat the mint and berries after the water has finished.
What I want to concentrate on now, however, is just water. Water is the single most important thing that you can put into your body. We all need protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, etc., but if you aren't getting enough water then you are going to be dehydrated and feel very bad.

The health benefits of water (filtered) include:
  • Water helps with weight loss and to flush the kidneys out, this preventing water retention.
  • Water helps maintain muscle tone.
  • Water helps the body to detox.
  • Water improves endocrine gland functions.
  • Water helps the liver to metabolize more fat.
  • Water improves skin condition.
  • Water helps the blood to circulate.
  • Water improves the digestive function, and prevents constipation.
  • Water keeps the ph level of the body balanced.
  • Water regulates the body temperature.
  • Water helps in metabolism.
  • Water carries nutrients and oxygen through the body.
  • Water prevents kidney stones.
  • Water prevents cardiovascular disease.
  • Water prevents arthritis.
  • Water prevents backaches.
  • Water prevents osteoporosis.
Love,
Kimberly ♥
