Recipe for Deviled Eggs

Hard boil your eggs (I have ten here), cut them in half and remove the yolks to a separate bowl.

Have some celery, green onions and red peppers minced up and set aside.

Combine your yolks, your minced vegetables, 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tsps. of mustard, 1/4 tsp. of vinegar (you may like more - I am not a vinegar person) and a little chopped parsley.

Take a fork and mash everything up good and place back into the egg whites.

Sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper or paprika if you have any.
